There are a lot of components to start with and everything needs to be in the right order and working perfectly so that you can have the right picture quality, audio, and access to all the channels that you want to. There are some issues that might cause you to not have access to the channels.
TV Antenna Not Picking Up Channels
Picking up channels on TV Antennas has always been quite troublesome, and it was one of the main reasons that people have shifted so easily and conveniently to Cable TV subscriptions and other online means of entertainment rather than sitting in front of their TVs searching for the channels all day long.
Yet, it has perks of its own like access to the most premium quality that is possible due to the direct link from the satellite and a lot more. If your TV Antenna is not picking up on a certain channel or all the channels, here are a few things that you will need to do in order to have the problem fixed.
1) Restart
Most of the time, this problem is caused due to a minor bug or on the receiver box that you are using with your TV antenna to decode all these channel frequencies and transmission from the satellites and present it to you in the form of digital media on your screen.
So, if you are facing any such problems, you will need to ensure that you are getting them solved in the right manner. The TV Antenna setup is so complicated that you cannot simply afford to mess up something that is working fine because it is going to be a lot of hassle for you.

2) Run a complete Scan
If you are unable to find some specific TV Channels on your TV Antenna, that can be caused due to a number of reasons. The Channel might have changed their transmitting frequency, and that is not stored on your Decoder or the receiver box you are using.

Since these decoders save the channel frequencies systematically, you will need to wait until the process is completed and all the possible frequencies have been scanned. Once you get that done, all the channels that your TV Antenna is capable of receiving will be stored on your receiver box and you will be able to access them.
3) Change the Direction of Antenna
Now, this is a bit of a tricky part and not everyone can get this right on their own. Basically, your antenna needs to be facing the satellite and has a precise angle that it is receiving the signals for TV channel transmission.
So, if you are unable to get a certain channel or all of these channels on your TV with the TV Antenna, then there might be something wrong with the angle. Optimally, the service provider will be installing the Antenna at the best angle, but since it is installed outside, you might face certain problems on it as the antenna gets moved due to rain, hailstorm, wind, or any other extreme weather condition.
You will have to ensure that you are moving the antenna to the direction it was originally installed at and then check for the channels again by running a manual scan. This is going to help you out perfectly in making things work for you, and you will be able to get all those channels back on the screen.
4) Check with Subscription Provider
If you are unable to make it work by following the troubleshooting options that are listed above, then there might be something else that is wrong and the best way to get that sorted out is to contact the subscription provider or the manufacturer for the TV Antenna equipment that you are using.
They will be able to confirm if the channel you are looking for is available to be accessed on the equipment you have since frequency ranges and transmission plays a huge role in the TV Antenna network and you will need to have a compatible Antenna to stream these channels over the TV.
