The Amazon Fire TV Stick has a user-friendly interface which is a modified version of the Android operating system. The firestick interface has a “My Apps” list displayed on the homepage for user convenience. The “My Apps” list shows a user’s favorite and most-used channels. This handy firestick feature makes it easier to watch your favorite TV shows, movies, and documentaries.
Troubleshooting My Apps not showing on Firestick

I’ve tried all options EXCEPT reset to factory settings bc I really don’t want to do that. But nothing works. The apps will come up on the home screen after restart, but then the next time they Re gone again. Why does this even happen? And are there any other tips besides resetting the fire stick to factory settings? Side note: this never used to happen, this is a recent problem. Please help!
I agree with dana. This just started occurring. Option 1 & 2 dont solve the issue
I’ve the same issue, but I can’t access my Home Screen, and continually get a Home is currently unavailable massage , despite all no network issues. This is a major system bug that needs fixing, fast!
This is a recent problem. Never saw it before. I restarted my Firestick and the icons reappeared but, according to Dana, this might be just temporary. I imagine the next Firestick update will fix it.
I am currently having the same issue performed options 1 & 2 but don’t want to do a factory reset Amazon really needs to fix this because it’s annoying.
I tried 1 & 2 too and neither worked. I really don’t want to do a factory reset… how can I check if I have the latest update?
We are having the same issue as well. In addition we keep getting an error message telling us we need to delete apps because our storage is almost full be we haven’t downloaded any apps!
i can’t do any of this because i can’t navigate to settings or anything else. the only thing i can get are amazon’s links, nothing native to my own content shows up, including settings.
