Hi, in a similar manner if i connect a 4g usb dongle to a usb-to-ethernet adapter, and provide external power of 5 volts to both of these devices. Then can I be able to get the 4g data coming from dongle over the ethernet cable ??

P.S.: I have read from the web that: “If you plug 4g dongle into a power bank then all that will happen is that the 4g dongle will have power going into its circuit board. Without an external USB host software communicating to it (and in this case absolutely no data going across the 2 data usb data wires) it will in zero way provide internet.”
