  1. This my second box I exchanged. Worked for two day turn on that evening got the same issue the last box had. Did the unplug for five minutes no fix.

  2. I have been out of service for two weeks. First they say no connection.then need a visit then the blinking light. Done everything caked they still didn’t fix. Have spent probably over 3 hrs on phone. Exchanged boxes twice.
