Having a good television in your home is important if you enjoy watching movies or TV shows. A device with a good resolution will allow you to enjoy the services while you sit comfortably on your couch. Many features come with some televisions which include connecting to the internet. This is a great service and you can use the internet on these devices the same way as you use it on your system and mobile phone.

Though, you need to check that your device supports this before purchasing it. One of the best companies that manufacture these televisions is Samsung. They have a huge lineup to choose from. However, recently some users have been complaining that their Samsung TV is unable to connect to the server. If this error message comes on your screen as well, then this article should be able to provide you with steps that will fix it.

How to Fix Samsung Unable To Connect To Server?

  1. Check Device Thoroughly

The first thing that you should do is troubleshoot your device. This will help you in confirming that there is no problem with the connections or device. Start by checking if the password on your HUB is not set to something complex. This can cause the system to have errors when trying to translate the language. You can test this by changing the password to a simple one.

If the problem persists then you can try using a wired connection. Usually, people connect their televisions to the internet through Wi-Fi. While the connection will look clean there are some things that you need to keep in mind. The signals from a wireless connection can start to get weaker the further apart they are.

Additionally, these can easily be blocked off or interfered with from other signals or objects. Furthermore, these will fluctuate all the time and sometimes the user might not be able to receive a proper connection. This is exactly why you should use a wired connection instead. This will fix all of these problems and you will get the best possible speed at all times.

The process to set these up is also really simple so you should not have much trouble. Though, if you do then you can easily consult the manual. Moreover, you can also contact the support service for Samsung to help you in configuring all of your settings.

  1. Soft Reset

If you are still getting the same problem then there might be an issue with the configuration files of your system. This usually happens when the user changes files that they are unaware of. While simply reverting, the changes will fix your error code.

You should note that it can be really hard to pinpoint the exact file that you had changed. In some cases, the problem can also be from the television. This is why instead of manually going through all your options you can reset the device instead. This will delete all of the configuration files from the system and revert them to the factory default ones.

Any changes that you had made will be removed along with it and you will have to set up the system again. Start by switching off your device and removing any additional wire that is connected with it. Now press the power button and hold it for 10 to 20 seconds. You can now remove your finger and the device will start resetting itself. Plug the television back in after half an hour and your error should now be gone.

  1. Reset Smart Hub

Sometimes the problem can be from your Smart Hub instead of the television. Resetting it should fix the issue in the same way. Though to reset the hub you will have to go through its settings. Additionally, if you have any data stored on the system then it will be wiped off as well.

This is why you should make a backup of your files beforehand. These can then be transferred to the system again once the reset is over. Browse through the settings on the Smart Hub to locate the option to reset it. Once the procedure has begun, make sure that you do not press any other buttons meanwhile.

Have tried, soft rest, hard rest, checked internet issues etc. Nothing is working.
Trying to download software update (present one is 1250) but could not find out from where to download.
What else can be done now? Look forward to have your suggestion.

    Kind regards
