Olevia TV is one of the best TV for you to have if you are not looking for something flashy or with bells and whistles attached. These guys have one of the best video processors out there in the market so you can expect pretty great quality streaming on the videos in both SD and HD quality. You might have one still lying around your place that works just fine, but if you are seeing a blue light flashing on it and it won’t turn on, here is what you need to do.
Olevia TV Won’t Turn On And Shows Blue Light Flashes
What Does it mean?
Most of the time, the number of times this blue light flashes will indicate what is wrong with the TV. So, if you are able to get the TV to work after a blue light flashes for some time, that might be alright and it can be an indicator for some processing going on. Although, if the blue light is flashing continuously, and the TV won’t turn on, then you definitely have a problem with your Power supply that you need to have fixed. So, if you are looking for a solution, here are some.
1. The capacitors
Due to power surges, you can have some issues with the capacitors and they can be fried. But luckily this should be an easy fix. If you are confident with the stuff like that, you can open up your own TV and that will help you get the capacitors changes. Otherwise, the best course of action would be to take the TV to an experienced technician who will be able to check the faulty capacitors for you and replace them if needed. This should be enough to have the problem fixed for you and you will not have to deal with the TV that is not working after this.
2. Get the Power Supply Changed
Now, there can also be some issues with the circuit board on the power supply and not the capacitors on it and that is somehow a bit complicated. It would not be an easy job for you to source the power supply for Olevia TV as there are smart TVs all around and Olevia TVs are almost obsolete. But you can find a Power Supply and getting that changed will fix up the problem for good.
3. Check the connections
Well, on some random occasions, the problem is not even with the power supply or the capacitors on it but it can be the connection between the power supply of your TV and the main logic board. So, you will need to have an experienced technician who knows Olevia TVs work on it so that he can diagnose the problem better and that way you will be able to get a precise solution. The connection is an easy fix and after that, you will be able to run your pc without having any sort of errors on it.
