1) Check Payment Details
The first thing that you need to check upon is the billing and you have to ensure that your billing status is up-to-date and that you are not behind on some payments either. However, if you have paid all the dues, and your account is up-to-date as well, you will have to try logging in again on some other device and that should be enough to solve the problem for you.
2) Restart Gateway
If you are still facing the error message, you will need to restart the Gateway once. It is pretty simple and you will not have to do anything in order to have the problem resolved. All you will need to do is make sure that you are unplugging the power connector from your Gateway for 10-15 seconds.
