1) Tuner
If the Dish remote is changing the channels on two TVs at one time, there are chances that you are using the shared tuner. This is because the tuner is meant to change the channels and optimize the stations. So, we suggest that you fix the shared tuner issue. Also, make sure that you have a different tuner for every TV so that the remote doesn’t cause any issue.
2) Remote
When it comes down to the channel changing issue with Dish remote, there are chances that the remote has been misconfigured. With this being, you need to re-pair the remote by following the below-mentioned steps;
- First of all, press the home button two times (you can also press the menu button)
- The on-screen menu will open up from which you need to choose the settings
- Click on the remote control
- Choose the device that you want to pair the remote with
- Tap on the pairing wizard option

3) Dual Mode

4) Modulation

With this being said, you need to make sure that RCA Cables are plugged into the right ports (yes, these must be plugged into the TV1 ports) and it will probably make the issue go away.
6) SAT Settings
