It will get you a better idea of the issue is caused due to your Netgear Powerline or your device settings. If the issue is with the device, you can try restarting the device or resetting the network settings to default to make it work for you. However, if the slow speed issue is the same on all the devices, here are somethings that you need to do.
1) Inspect Cables and connectors
Cables and connectors are playing a major role in transferring the data and they might be causing the issue of slow internet speed for you. You need to inspect all the cables carefully and make sure that no cable is bent, or damaged. You also need to inspect the connectors to ensure that they are not hanging loose. 2) Restart the device

3) Check with your ISP
You can also try plugging a wire in your laptop or PC directly and run a speed test. If the internet speed is still slow, you will need to contact your ISP for a viable resolution on the issue and they will be able to come up with a fix for you.
