Suddenlink is one of the most amazing service providers out there for the users who want to integrate the Wi-Fi device and TV set. But they have extended the services since they have live TV, modems, and hubs. Well, it’s obvious that you will need to pay for the services. There are monthly fees, and it’s supposed to be paid at the due date. But what to do if you forgot to pay the bill? Does Suddenlink have a grace period before they impose the late fee? We have added the answers in this article.
Is There a Grace Period For Suddenlink?
Well, yes, Suddenlink does have a grace period of 10 days. The grace period starts after the due date of the bill is passed. During these ten days, Suddenlink won’t impose the late fees. So, it’s suggested that you pay your bills within the 10-day period to stay away from extravagant late fees. If you cannot pay the bill within the grace period, you will be issued the delinquency notice.
The delinquency notice will come with the final due date, and if the bill is not paid by then, Suddenlink will not only shut off your services, but they will take back the equipment.
