Verizon demonstrated the Seagate Satellite Personal Server which prevents you from having to determine what data you need to take with you to the office or on the go.  Instead of using a memory device which is limited in storage space, you can travel with the Satellite Personal Server which utilizes Verizon’s 4G LTE network to send and receive data from any location and without the use of hardware and cables.

The Satellite Personal Server fits in your pocket or purse and contains a battery that is rechargeable so you have direct access to your data from anywhere.  It is compatible with a wide variety of mobile devices including the iPhone, tablet PCs, Android, as well as windows and Mac PCs.  The Satellite Personal Server also is capable of accommodating multiple users simultaneously.

Point-of-Sale Gateway

The Systech Point-of-Sale Gateway operates on Verizon’s 4G LTE network and provides for fast and secure payment processing via your mobile device.  The unit provides a gateway that is compatible with PCI compliant networks for increased security.  PCI refers to the Payment Card Industry standards which most merchants must meet to ensure that customer payment information is handled in a secure manner.

The SlingPlayer is another device that operates on Verizon’s 4G LTE network and is produced by Sling Media.  The device allows you to control the television in your home at any time and from any location.  The SlingPlayer works in conjunction with your smartphone, tablet PC, laptop, or netbook and allows you to watch your home television and control the functions while you are on the go, in the workplace, or traveling on vacation.

The SlingPlayer system consists of a Slingbox which you install in your home and then you use the SlingPlayer app to control the player on your mobile device.  This way you can receive all of the programming that you pay for in one place without having to pay extra fees.  The Sling Player also provides you with an unlimited number of options when it comes to choosing programming to watch from anywhere.

Smart Meter and Virtual Peak Plant

The Consert Virtual Peak Plant provides you with a way to reduce energy consumption and save money on your household utilities.  The device addresses peak load while allowing the consumer to set and monitor utilities to access energy reserves at more than half of the typical operational costs.

The Consert Virtual Peak Plant utilizes the Verizon 4G LTE network to provide consumers and industries alike with the opportunity to cut back on the costs of operating utilities.  It is based on wireless technology that operates in real-time with the ability for consumers to access a Web-based interface for reducing energy consumption.

Comrex Video Broadcast

The Comrex Video Broadcast device eliminates the need for costly microwave and satellite gear which is typically used by television stations and networks.  The Video Broadcast device uses LiveShot technology which is compact but packed with features that offer a new type of broadcasting model.

The Comrex Video Broadcast is designed to connect to the battery mount on a professional model camera and then broadcasts live video using Verizon’s 4G LTE network.    The device is lightweight and allows you to broadcast live videos from virtually any location.  It is also possible to control the Comrex Video Broadcast from a remote location such as your television studio.
